Special 1,1eetinF of the Board of Commissioners, July 6th, 1923, for -the purpose of hearing any complaints that may be made by property owners as to the appraisement placed on certain lots and pieces of ground in the City of Salina, Kansas on which to base the cost of curbing, guttering, excavating, grading and. paving: Ash Street from Oakdale Avenue to Penn Avenue; P, infi neapol s Avenue from Santa Fe to Ilighl.and; Phillips eet from Ash Street to Park Street; fill son reed Trom highland to Ninth Street. Meeting was called to order by Acting lviayor Dyar, the roll was called. and Commissioners Dyar and Chambers responded. City Commissioner Hargett and City Attorney Norris absent.
