Special l,'Ieeting of the Board of Commissioners, April 27th,
1923, for the purpose of hearing any complaints that may be made
by property owners as to the valuation placed on certain lots
and pieces of ground in the City of Salina, Kansas on which to
base the cost of constructing certain seviers in Lateral hewer
Districts numbered 5-C, 6-C9 4-F9 5-F9 6-F, 7-F, 8-F, 9-F and
3-G.

severally sworn according to law, each for himslef, does hereby
solemnly swear that he is an owner of real estate in the City of
Salina, riansas, and is disinterested in any of the property liable
to special assessment for the construction of Sanitary sewer
laterals in lateral. Sewer Districts nuinbered 6-C; 5-C, 4-F, 5-r',
6-F, 7-r', 8_F 9- and 3-G in the City of Salina, "ansas, as
more I_)articularly described and provided for in Ordinance No.
2708 of the City of Salina, Kansas., and that each of us will to
the best of our judgment and ability make a true and impartial
appraisement of all the lots and pieces of ground abutting on such
respective Lateral Sewer Districts as above descry.bed without
regard to the improvements thereon, the distance to be improved
as set forth and designated by the Board of Commissioners in
said Ordinance TJo. 2708 of the City of Salina. So help us God.
