The Monday, February 7, 2022 study session will cover a housing update regarding the current status
of various potential housing developments, the potential growth of housing and associated
infrastructure in the community as well as an introduction to a potential funding request for SPARK
dollars with an opportunity for City Commission direction. The potential SPARK funding request could
impact the community by creating new acreage of developable land, speeding up the development
process, keeping housing affordable and with the design and maintenance of infrastructure.
