APRIL 6th, 1923.
BE IT REMEMBERED that on this Friday evening, April 6th,
19233, the Board of Commissioners met as a Board of Canvassers
(ex -officio) as provided by law, to canvass the vote cast at
the regular City Election held in Salina, Kansas, April 3rd, 1923.
Meeting was called to order by Mayor Dyar, the roll was
called and Commissioners Campbell, Dyar and Hargett and City Attor-
ney Buzick responded.
The returns of the City Election were presented by the City
Clerk and opened by the Mayor in the presence of the Commissioners
assembled, duly canvassed and the result declared, and the City
Clerk was directed by vote of the Board to spread upon the Journal
the result of the canvass which is done as follows:

On motion of Commissioner Campbell the report and findings
of the Canvassing Board were received and ordered spread upon
the records.
