MARCH 8th, 1923.
Adjourned Meeting of the Board of Commissioners, March
8th, 1923. Meeting was called to order by Mayor Dyar the roll
was called and Commissioners Campbell, Dyar and Hargett and
City Attorney Buzick responded.
Commissioner Campbell moved that the bid of 11. R. Amerman
be accepted on the basis of alternate No. 2 Brick Waving at
$3.18 per square yard and that time of completion of the work
and payment therefor be made as per the contained paragraph
of letter attached to proposal and marked "Option of pity',
and that the proposals of all other bidders be and the same
are hereby rejected. Motion adopted.
On motion of Commissioner Hargett, Board of Commissioners
adjourned.
