RESOLUTION NUMBER 96-5021
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION AND/OR
REMOVAL OF TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES IN THE CITY OF SALINA,
KANSAS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That in accordance with the provisions of Article 20,
Chapter 8 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, the City Manager is directed to
install and/or remove the following traffic control devices in the City of
Salina, Kansas:
1.
Stop signs be installed on Seitz Drive at
Crawford Street, with
Crawford Street being the through street.
2.
Stop signs be installed on Redtop Ridge
Road at Markley Road,
making Markley Road the through street.
3.
Stop signs be installed on Valley Ridge
Road at Markley Road,
making Markley Road the through street.
4.
Stop signs be installed on Tulane Avenue
at Saturn Avenue,
making Saturn Avenue the through street.
5.
Stop signs be installed on Applewood
Lane at Seitz Drive,
making Seitz the through street.
6.
Stop signs be installed on Stewart Lane
at Seitz Drive, making
Seitz the through street.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor
this 24th day of June, 1996.
