JUNE 2nd, 1922.
Board of Commissioners met in adjourned session, June
2nd, 1922. Meeting was called to order by Mayor Dyar, the
roll was called and Commissioners Campbell, and Dyar and City
Attorney Buzick responded. Commissioner Hargett absent.
Sealed bids were presented and opened by the City Clerk
for the construction of the Memorial Hall as advertised for,
as follows:

Commissioner Campbell moved that all bids be tabulated
by the architect, and that the Commissioners adjourn until
Saturday, June 3rd, 1922 at four otclock P. M.
