COMMISSIONERS ROOM,

MAY 29th, 1922.
Board of Commissioners met in special session, May 29th,
1922, for the purpose of hearing any complaints that may be made
by property owners as to the valuation placed on certain lots
and pieces of ground on which to base the cost of constructing
sewer in Lateral Sewer Districts numbered 1-A; 3-A; 1-C; 2-C;
3-C; 4-C; 1-E; 2-E; 3-E; 4-E; 1-F; 2-F; 3-F; 1-G and 2-G as -
provided for in Ordinance Number 2487 of the City of Salina,
Kansas.
May or Dyar presiding, the roll was called and Commis-
sioners Campbell, and Dyar and City Attorney Buzick responded.
Commissioner Hargett absent.
Each resport was taken up and read and acted on separate-
ly, as follows:

We, W. S. Frey, C. J. Peck -and Wm. Muir, being duly and
severally sworn according to law, each for himeself, does hereby
solemnly sewar that he is an owner of real estate in the City
of Salina, Kansas, Saline County, and is disinterested in any
of the property liable to special assessment for the construction
of sanitary sewer laterals in Lateral Sewer Districts numbered
1-A; 3-A; 1-C; 2-C; 3-C; 4-C; 1-E; 2-E; 3-E; 4-E; 1-F; 2-F; 3-F;
1-G and 2-G, in the city of Salina, Kansas, as more particularly
described and provided for in Ordinance Number 2487 of the City
of Salina; and that each of us will to the best of our judgment
and ability make a true and impartial appraisement of all the
lots and pieces of ground abutting on such respective Lateral
Sewer Districts as above described without regard to the buildings
or improvements thereon, the distance to be improved as set forth
and designated by the Board of Commissioners in said Ordinance
Number 2487 of the City of Salina. So help us God.
