of Fifth Street to the east line of Santa Fe 1-ivenue was taken

and sevd.rally sworn according to lawn, each for himself does
hereby solemnly stirear that he is an owner of real estate in
the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas and is disinterested
in any of the property liable to special assessment for the
cost of curbing, -uttering, excavating, grading and raving
Bond Street from the wrest line of Fifth Street to the east
line of Santa Fe Avenue in said City, as more particularly
described and provided for in Ordinance No. 2484 of the City
of Salina; and that each of us will to the best of our judgment
and. ability make a true and impartial appraisement of all the
lots and pieces of ground abutting on such respective streets
as above descriCed, without regard to the buildings or im-
provements thereon, the distance to be improve. as set forth
and designated by the Board. of Commissioners in said Ordinance
No. 2484 of the City of Salina. So help us God.
