Board of Commissioners met in Special Session, Alonday, iviay 8th, 1922, for the purpose of hearing any complaints that may be -­,ade by property owners as to the valuation placed on certain lots and pieces of land on which to base the cost of curbing, guttering, excavating, grading and paving: Re ubZic 4�venue from the west line of Santa Fe Avenue to the east line o i,inth Street; 'Iilson Street from the west line of Fifth Street to the east line of Santa Fe Avenue; Bond Street from the west line of Highland Avenue to the eaFt line of Ninth Street; TI Baker Street from the south line of 4valnut Street to the north line of South Street. Mayor Dyar presiding, the roll was called and Commissioners Campbell, Dyar and Hargett and City Attorney Buzick responded.
