COMMISSIONERS PROCEEDINGS, ADJOURNED MEETING.
COMMISSIONERS ROOM,
SALINA, KANSAS.
FEBRUARY 16, 1922.
Board of Commissioners met in adjourned session February
16th, 1922. Meeting was called to order by Mayor Dyar, the
roll was called and Commissioners Campbell, Dyar and Hargett
and City Attorney Buzick responded.

An ordinance was introduced for second reading entitled:
'
"An ordinance creating and establishing Lateral Sewer Distrief

No. One -A in the City of Salina, Kansas."
On motion of Commissioner Campbell the ordinance was read

and adopted by sections and on its final adoption the roll was
called and the following vote was had; Ayes: Campbell, Dyar
arad Hargett. (3) Nays: (0) The Mayor approved the same and
is numbered 2442.
An ordinance was introduced for second reading entitled:
"An ordinance creating and establishing lateral Sewer District
No, Two -A in the City of Salina, Kansas."
On motion of Commissioner Hargett the ordinance was read

and adopted by sections and on its final adoption the roll was
called and the following vote was had; Ayes: Campbell, Dyar
and Hargett. (3) Nays: (0) The Mayor approved the same and
is numbered 2443.

and adopted by sections and on its final adoption the roll was
called and the following vote was had; Ayes: Campbell, Dyar
and Hargett. (3) Nays: (0) The Mayor approved the same and
is numbered 2457.
Commissioner Campbell moved that the bid of The Lee Hard-
ware Company for 1,000 feet of hose at 822 per foot, due on or
before February 15th, 1923, be accepted, and that the City Clerk
be instructed to notify the Lee Hardware Company of the accept-
ance of said bid.
On motion of Commissioner Campbell Board of Commissioners
adjourned.
