Board of Commissioners met in regular session, De-
cember 27th, 1921. T:I.eetinry eras criled to order by Mayor
Dyar, the roll was called and Commissioners Campbell and
Dyar and City Attorney Buzick responded. Commissioner
Hergett absent.
The minutes of the regular meeting of December 19th,
1921 and the Adjourned Meeting of December 20th, 1921,
were read and approved as read.
An ordinance was read and amended entitled: "m
ordinance providing for the condemning; ani removal of cer-
tain buildings and structures in the city of Salir_a, Kan-
sas, It
ommissioner Campbell moved that insomuch as there
are several amendments written in the original draft,
said ordinance should be re-irrritten and presented to the
Commissioners at the next regular meeting; for final adox)-
tion.
Dot-rlin.g; Bortbers submitted a proposition for the
installation of an engine in the fire truck.
Commissioner Campbell moved that the Commissioners
defer action until future date.
City 'q'ngineer submitted plans an( specifications
and estimate of cost for 'i -.he construction of a storm sewerin the alley bettr:een ninth and Tenth Stre its from harsh
to Hamilton Streets.
On motion of Commissioner Campbell the plans and
specifications were adopted and the City � lerk ,,,!as instruct-
ed to advertise for bids to be received up to and includ-
ing January 9th, 1922, at 7 o 1 clock P. 1.1'.
Commissioner Campbell moved that the Commissioners
adjourn until Friday, December 30th, 1921 at 5:15 O'clock
P. 1.1.
