COMMISSIONERS ROOM,
SALINA, KANSAS.
DECEMBER 8th, 1921.
Special Called Meeting of the Board of Commission-
ers, December 8th, 1921. Pseeting was called to order
by Mayor Dyar, the roll was called and Commissioners
Campbell. Dyar and Hargett and City Attorney Buzick re-
sponded.
The call and purpose of the meeting was read as
follows:
"A special meeting of the Board of City Commission-
ers of the City of Salina is hereby called by the under-
signed commissioners of said City, constituting a majority
and quorum of said Board, to be held publicly at the Com-
missioners Room at the City Hall, in the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas, at half past seven o1clock P. M.
on Thursday, the eighth day of December, 1921. "
WITNESS our hands this 8th day of December 1921.

Mayor Dyar stated the object of the meeting and
notified the Committee of the Recallers Petitions to
come forward and have chairs at the Commissioners table.
J. F. Barwick read a number of questions to the Com-
missioners, said questions were answered by Mayor Dyar
with the approval of Commissioners Campbell and Hargett.
There being no further business appearing, on motion
of Commissioner Hargett, Board of Commissioners adjourned.
