Board of Commissioners met in regular session
Monday, November 28th, 1921. Meting was called to order
by Mayor Dyar, the roll was called and Commissioners Camp-
bell, Dyar and Hargett responded. City Attorney Buzick
absent.
f The minutes of the regular meeting of lyovember
21st, 1921, were read and approved as read.

Claim of E. F. Houghton, dated November 28th,
1921, in the amount of $68.81, for damage sustained to his
i automobile by reason of being run into by the police car
was received and on motion was referred to the City "'ttor-
ney for investigation.
! City Engineer submitted final report on the
changing of the curb at the corner of walnut Street and
Santa Fe Avenue, together with the three bids.
Commissioner Hargett moved that the contract be
let to Pete Ahlstedt as per his bid.
The Auditor s Report of the audit made of the
different department of the City was received.

On motion of Commissioner Hargett same was ac-
cepted and ordered filed.

J. F. Barwick appeared before the Commissioners
and presented a letter asking the Commissioners to meet
with their Committee.
The Commissioners informed ?sir. Barwick that they
would be pleased to meet their committee any time in an
i open meeting.

On motion of Commissioner Campbell, Board of Com-
missioners adjourned.
