Board of Commissioners met in regular session, onday
Aovember 7th, 1921. ': eeting was called to order by ITr3yor
Dyar, the roll was called and Commissioners Campbell, Dyar
and Tiargett responded. City Attorney Buzick absent.

the City of Salina, Kansas, that The Salina water V�orks
Company be and it is hereby instructed and ordered to
lay and install a six-inch water -al-n, vri t.a ?rater hydrants
located as directed by the Fire Chief of said City from
the end of its present main on Bond Street between Ilighland
Avenue and Ninth Street, thence west on Bond Street to
Ninth Street and connect with present main on Bond and
Ninth Streets in said City.

the City of Salina, Kansas, that The Salina eater V`orks
Company be and it is hereby instructed and ordered tolay
and install a six-inch water main, with water hydrants
located as directed by the Fire Chief of said City, from
the end of its present mains on Baker Street between Y°alnut
and Cedar Streets, south on Baker Street to South 6treet,
and connect with present main on. South Stre--t in said City.

A request for incandescent light service in College
View Addition was received and the matter was referred to
the C ty I:anager.
A request for the municipal band for the parade on
Armistice Day, November 11th, 1921, ,ras received, and on mo-
tion Of Commissioner Hargett the request vias. granted.
An invitation was received from The Central Labor Union,
inviting the City officials to participate in the Arnrist:ice
Day parade, Friday, November 11th.
On motion.. of Commissioner Hargett the invitation_ 1ras
accepted.
Application for pool hall license from 1U. A.��ilhelm
for the operation of a pool_ hall in tie first and second
story of the building located at Teo. 107 Porth Santa Fe Aven-
lze was received.
On motion of Commissioner Hargett license was granted.
A claim was receiver zrUm 11c1.L*U! U. -`U1A11,J 111 -- cl!11-1—
of -'5.00 for damage sustained by reason of• his automobile
having been run into by the police car.
On motion, sane was referred to the City "ttorney.
On motion of Commissioner Campbell, Board of Commis-
sioners adjourned.
