Commissioners Proceedings.
Commissioners Room,
Salira, Kansas.
Septerr_ber 19th, 1921
Board of Commissioners met in regular session,
September 19th, 1921. T,teeting was called to order by
Acting Mayor, Ilargett, the roll was called and Commis-
sioners Campbell and Hargett and City Attorney Buzick
responded. Commissioner Dyar absent.
The minutes of the negul.ar Ileeting of September
12th, 19211 were read and approved as read.
Commissioner Campbell moved that the National 'bank
of iimerica and The Farmers National Bank be required to
give a 810,000.00 surety bond to protect Cite deposits.
On motion of Commissioner Campbell, Board of Com-
missioners adjourned.

An Ordinance was introduced entitled: "An ordinance
making; appropriations for miscellaneous purposes."
On motion of Commissioner Campbell the ordinance was
read and adopted by sections and on its final adoption the
roll was called and the following vote was had; Ayest, Camp-
bell and Hargett (2) Nays: (0) Commissioner Dyar
absent. Acting Mayor Hargett approved the same and is num-
bered 2405.
