Board of Commissioners met in regular session,
August 29th, 1921. „feting was called to order by Yayor
Dyar, the roll was called and Commissioners Campbell, -!
Dyar and Hargett and City Attorney Buziek responded.
The minutes of the i�egulear fleeting of August 22nd,
1921, were read and approved as read.
An ordinance was ihtroduced for first reading,
entitled: "An ordinance amending Sections 1, 2, 3, 4 and
5 of Ordinance No. 1118, being entitiled: 'An ordinance
concerning the moving of buildings through the streets,
declaring certain acts misdemeanors and providing penalties
therefor.'
On motion of Commissioner Campbell same Teras referred
to the Board of Convr_issioners.
A petition was received protesting against thepark-
ing of street cars on VIest `,ialnut Street east of the 1is-
sours Pacific Railway tracks.
On motion of Commissioner argetfi. same utas referred
to the City 711anager.
Commissioner Campbell, moved, that on account of
f,'onday, September 5th, 1921, being a legal holiday, Board
of Commissioners adjourn until September 6th, 1921.
