Board of Commissioners met in regular session
August lst, 1921. Meeting was called to order by
Mayor Dyar, the roll was called and Commissioners
j Campbell, Dyar and Hargett and Assistant City At-
torney Norris responded.
The minutes of the regular Meeting of July
25th, 1921, were read and approved as read.

An ordinance was introduced. entitled: ",In
ordinance making ar>tropriations for miscellaneous
purposes."
On motion of Commissioner Campbell the ordi-
nance was read and adopted b-, sections and on its
final adoption the roll was called and the follow-
ing vote was had; Ayes: Campbell, D��,ar and Har-
gett.
Iar-gett. (3) Nays: (0) The Payor approved the
same and is numbered 2400.
An application was presented from Louie
Medov asking for a six months Junk Dealers License.
Commissioner Campbell moved t'rat same be
granted.
City ivianager, F. V. Sefton submitted proposed -_
budget for the year 1922. Same was placed on file.
Surety Bond in the sum of ;x5,000.00 from
Chas. E. Banker, as Director of Finance and. ex -
officio City Clerk was presented and approved by
the Commissioners.
On motion of Corrnissioner IiarSett Board of
Commissioners adjourned.
