Commissioners Proceedin7s.

Salina, Kansas.
July 25th, 1921.
Board of Commissioners met in regular session
July 28th, 1921. Meeting was called to order by Mayor
Dyar, the roll was called and Commissioners Campbell,
Dyar and Hargett responded. City Attorney Buzick ab-
sent.
The minutes of the Regular Meeting of July 18th,
1°21, were read and approved as read.
A remonstrance was received protesting against
the curbing, guttering, excavating, grading and paving
of Morrison Avenue from the west line of Tenth Street
to the west line of Phillips Street.
On motion of Commissioner Campbell same was re-
ferred to the City Manager.
Surety Bond from C. B. Fort, Police Judge, in
the amount of 410000.00 was presented and approved by
the Board of Commissioners.
t;. Lovitt appeared before the Commissioners
again, with reference to reduction of Junk Dealers
License.
It was the sense of the City Commissioners that
said license be not reduced.
On motion of Commissioner Campbell, Board of
Commissioners adjourned.
