The folloliing resolution was introduced:
BE LT t�;;S��v �'' , by the Mayor and +jouncilmen of the
City of Salina, Kansas, that said City of aali nay Jill arid here-
by agrees to pay to the Salina '"later ',Vorks ComL)any, its success-
ors and assigns, from January lst, 1921, until the expiration
of said company`s present franchise on :March 22Nd, 1923, as and
for the annual hydrant rental for all hydrants installed or to
be ins' celled in said City in accordance with the terms of said
franchise, the folloaing sums and amounts for the follo:-Ting num-
ber of hydrants, to -wit.

per each annul.11y; for all neer hydrants hereafter installed in

Company shall be entitled to receive 40,000 gallons of dater
