cific I;ailroad Company in reference to the condemnation of a strip
of ground on the 1liest side of Fourth Street immediately soutlx of
South Street. Saia ground is needed to 1ve an outlet to the resi-
dents on i"Ourth Street . Tne letter stated that the Company would
bear all expenses Of said condemnation.
