The staff members man the information desk and answer reference questions in-person, and also via phone, email and chat. Collection management, including purchasing and weeding, of all materials (books, DVDs, games, audiobooks, digital books, etc.) falls to Information Services. We also plan and implement programming including classes, book discussion groups and presentations. Another major departmental focus is outreach services for adults such homebound delivery, lobby stops and read alouds at retirement facilities, community presentations, and pop-up libraries. -Stefanie Knopp, Head of Information Services Head of Information Services Stefanie Knopp Librarian Lori Berezovsky Librarian Ashley Will Information Services Associate Elisheva Diaz Information Services Associate Sara Porter Programs Coordinator Ben Johnson 3
