BE IT REiv,&ViBERED, That on this rriday evening, ;aril 9th,
.1920, the mayor and C ouncil met as a Board of Canvassers, (ex -
officio) as provided by law, to canvass the vote cast at the
City Election held in Galina, Kansas, April 6th, 1920.
mayor 1�iathews presiding, City attorney G. A. Spencer and
the following named councilmen answered to roll call; Stolper,
Dyar, Spaeth, rjowell, Ryberg. kaite and Bradford. Councilmen
Harne, Peters and Todd absent.
The returns of the City Election were presented by the City
Clerk and opened by the :Vayor in the presence of the Council;i,en
assembled, duly canvassed and the result declared, and the City
Clerk was directed by vote of the Board to spread upon the Jour-
nal the result of the canvass which is done as follows:

"Shall the City of Salina, Kansas issue its bonds in the sum
