Adjourned meeting of the City Council, December 27th,
1919. Mayor Mathews presiding, and the following named cour_cil-
rnen answered to roll call; Stolper, uyar, Spaeth, ITowell,

and City Attor_iey G. A. Spencer absent.
An ordinance was introduced entitled; 11Anordinance pro-
viding for the issuance of Improvement Bonds of the City of
Salina, Kansas, in the surn of x49,6�-�6.29 to pay the costs of
irr:proving certain streets in said Gity-

the sane and is numbered 2304.

in`; an appropriation for the poyment of a certain claim."
