Special called meeting of the "payor and Council, Novem-
ber 28th, 1919. President of the louncil and Acting Mayor
I. S. Waite presiding, City "ttorney G. A. Spencer and the
following named councilmen anwered to roll call; Stolper,
Dyar, Spaeth, Nowell, narne, Ryberg, Waite, Bradford and
Peters. Mayor 'Mathews and Councilman Todd absent.
The request and call for meeting and the report of
service on the same was read as follows:

To I. S. 4aite, Pres. of Council & Acting Mayor,
City of Salina, Kansas.
We, the undersigned members of the City vouncil of
the City of Salina, Kansas hereby respectfully ask you to
call a special meeting of the City Council to n-eet in the
Council Chamber, Friday evening, Yovember 28th, 1919, at
7:30 P. ivi. for the purpose of:
"laking up the matter of appointing a Fuel Admin-
istrator for the City of Salina, ansas, and any
other business relative to the relief of the coal
situation."

of the Councilmen and the City "ttorney of said meeting and
make due return of said notice hereon.
