The minutes of the Regular =>emi-m onthly ' eeting of Octo-
ber, 6th, 1919, were read and approved as read. ,

that if the Gity wishert' to purchase Lots. 16,!ant?. 1_65 on =second
Street he would be pleased to confer with the committee on the
purchase of the same.

Councilman Todd of the hays and Means Committee moved
that ti -.e City Clerk notify the different coal dealers of the
City, asking for bids or, another car of coal to be received
November 3rd, 1919.
An ordinance was introduced entitled: "An ordinance rrhak-
ing an appropriation for the payment of certain claims."
On mot -ion of G ouric i loran ret ers the ordinance was read and
adopted by sections arid on its final adoption the roll was call-
ed and the following vote vias had; Ayes: Stolper, D,a.r,
Spaeth, Nowell, Fiarne, vwaite, 1jr°adford, Todd and Peters. (9)
Nays: (0) Couoicilman F<yber ; absent. the IvIllayor approved the
