for the curbing, guttering, excavating, grading and paving of

duly and severally sworn according to law, each for himself,
does hereby solemnly swear that he is an owner of real estate
in the city of Salina, saline County, Ka nsas, and is disin-
terested in any of the propemty liable to special assessment
for the cost of excavating, grading and paving FIFTH S` RE L
from the south line of Prescott hverlue to the south line of
bond Street; and for the curbing, gtitteri.ng, excavating,
grading and paving Fifth Street from the sohth line of Bond
street to the south line of tlepublic "venue, as more parti-
cularly

cularly described and provided for in Ordinance No. 2275 of
the City of Salina; and that each of us will to the best of
our judgment and ability make a trite and impartial appraisement
of all the lots and pieces of ground abutting on such respect-
ive streets as above described, without regard to the build-
ings or improvements thereon, the distance to be im)roved as
set forth and desi"nated by the 1Y1ayor and Council in said
