Special session of the N_ayor and Council, august 4th,
1919, for the purpose of considering and hearing complaints
from property owners as to the valuation placed on certain
lots and pieces of ground on which to base the cost of curbing,
V .uttering, excavating, grading and paving
Phillins Street , from the north line of South ''treet to
the south line of Valnut Street ;
State -Street, from the east line of the Yissouri Pacific
j'ight of ��ay to the east line of Dry Creek i ridge;
and for the excavating, gradin; a n( paving of
State "treet ; from the ,vest line of College "venue to the
east line of the i4issouri Pacific might of day.
Mayor Nathews presiding, City Attorney G. A. Spencer and
the following named councilmen answered to roll call; Stolper,

and read as follows
