APRIL 4th, 1919.
BE IT REMEMBERED, That on this Friday evening, April 4th,
1919, the Mayor and Councilmen met as a Board of Canvassers
(ex -officio) as provided by law, tb canvass the vote cast at
the City Election held in Salina, Kansas, April lst, 1919.
Mayor Mathews presiding, City attorney G. A. Spencer and
the following named councilmen answered to roll call; Grimes,
Smith, Spaeth, Reed, iaite, Todd and Peters. Councilmen Under-
wood, Richolson and Brown absent.
The returns of the City Election were presented by the
City Clerk and opened by the Mayor in the presence of the Coun-
cilmen assembled, duly canvassed and the result declared, and
the City Clerk was directed by vote of the Board to spread upon
the journal the result of the canvass which is done as follows:
