Regular semi-monthly meeting of the City Council, September 3rd,
1917. Councilmen Underwood, Grimes, Henry and Brown present. Mayor
Mathews, City Attorney G. A. Spencer and Councilmen Smith, Mishler,
Reed, Waite, Todd and Peters absent.
There being no quorum present, on motion of Councilman Underwood,
Council adjourned until Tuesday, September 4th, 1917, at 8 o'clock
