A RESOLUTION DESCRIBING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF
SALINA, KANSAS, INCLUDING LAND DESCRIBED IN ORDINANCE NUMBER 21-11073
AND 21-11079; AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NUMBER 20-7915.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the inclusion of certain land in the City of Salina,
Kansas, have come to pass, SO NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the corporate limits of the City of Salina, Kansas, be and the same is hereby
amended to all land lying within the following described boundaries be and the same is hereby declared
to be within the corporate limits defined as :
1. Commencing at the section corner common to Sections Twenty-two (22), Twenty-three (23),
Twenty-six (26), and Twenty-seven (27), Township Fourteen South (Tl4S), Range Three
West (R3W) of the Sixth (6th) Principal Meridian;
2. Thence South E ighty-nine degrees, Thirty-one minutes, and Twelve seconds West (S. 89° 31'
12" W.) along the South line of said Section Twenty-two (22), a distance of Seven Hundred
Twenty-eight and Sixty-one Hundredths (728.61) feet to a point on the West right-of-way line
oflnterstate Highway 135 and the Point of Beginning;
3 . Thence North along said West right-of-way on a non-tangent curve to the right having a radius
