Regular semi-monthly meeting of the City Council, January
1st, 1917. Mayor Putnam presiding, City Attorney Vi. B. Crowther
and the following named councilmen answered to roll call; Wolff,
Henry, Swedenburg, Mishler, Brown, Mathews and Bateman. Council-
men Miller, Underwood and Ostberg absent.
Councilman Brown moved that Council adjourn until Friday,
January 5th, 1917, at 8 o'clock P. M • Motion adopted.
