Special session of the Mayor and Council, October 2nd, 1916, for the purpose of considering and hearing complaints of property owners as to the valuation placed on certain lots and pieces of ground liable to special assessment for the cost of curbing and guttering: Fifth Street, from the south line of Crawford Avenue to the North line of Bond Street; nn Avenue, from the north line of Iron Avenue to the south line of Ash Street; enth ,atreet, from the north line of Lincoln Avenue to the south line of Grand Avenue; University Place, from the west line of Baker Street to the east line of the right of way of The Missouri Pacific Railway Com- pany; Second Street., from the south line of Walnut Street to the north line of Mulberry Street; Third Street, from the south line of Walnut Street to the north line of Mulberry Street ; Fjm ,street, from the east line of Fourth Street to the east line of Front Street. The appraisers report for the curbing and guttering of Univer- sity Place, from the west line of Baker Street to the east line of the right of way of the Missouri Pacific Railway Company was taken up and read as follows: STATE OF KANSAS ) CUU14TY OF SALINE ) S6.
