Gentlemen:
After investigating the petition which is hereunto

uv e would however, suggest that if the petitioners desire
that the City open up an alley through the center of the block,
suitable to accomodate pedestrians, thereby giving them an outlet
for street car service on Santa Fe Avenue, the Committee would con-
sider further, if such is the desire of the petitioners. If not,
your Committee begs to report that the petition as presented.
and hereunto attached be not considered.
