We, the appraisers heretofore appointed, at the request of the
Hon. Mayor and Council hereby add the following to the above report
to become a part thereof;
The appraisers report for the paving, curbing, guttering and
excavating of £Tinth Street, from the south line of South Street to the
south line of rawford "venue; also the appraisers report for the pav-
ing, curbing, guttering and excavating of -baker Street, from the south
line of Iron Avenue to the north line of Walnut Street, were taken up,
and on motion of Councilman Bateman the Special session adjourned until
Monday evening, October 11th, 1915, at 7:30 o'clock p. m., and that
the City Clerk give notice in the official City paper as provided by
law, at which the appraisers report will be taken up and acted upon.
Special Session adjourned.
