FEBRUARY lst, 1915.
Regular semi-monthly meeting of the City Council, February lst,
1915. Mayor Niquette presiding, City Attorney H. C. Tobey and the
following named councilmen answered to roll call; Miller, Carney,
Swedenburg, Mishler, Hanly, Hagler and Mathews. Councilmen Underwood
and Dodds absent.
Councilman Swedenburg made motion that the reading of the minutes
be dispensed with, and on account of the death of Councilman W. 0. Ben-
son, council adjourn until the next regular semi-monthly meeting of
February 15th, 1915.
