A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN EASEMENT
FOR COMMON DRIVEWAY AGREEMENT WITH MONICA M. BACHAMP AND
JEFFREY E. EASTER, BABETTE S. AND RAYMOND S. FREEMAN (TRUSTEES OF THE
BABETTE S. FREEMAN TRUST NO. 1), AND GERALD L. HUNTER AND SIDNEY A.
REITZ (TRUSTEES OF THE SHELDON BROTHERS REAL ESTATE TRUST).
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an easement for common
driveway agreement with Monica M. Bachamp and Jeffrey E. Easter, Babette S. and Raymond S.
Freeman (Trustees of the Babette S. Freeman Trust No. 1), and Gerald L. Hunter and Sidney A.
Reitz (Trustees of the Sheldon Brothers Real Estate Trust), subject to the terms and conditions of the
agreement.
