1914, the CO�:nCil met canvass. rs (Ey. Officio) s )rovided by law
to canvass the vote cast at the special election held in said city
on the 10th d,:y of il'ebruary, 1914, for the propostion to issue bonds
in the sum of ("4,0,30.00), for the purpose of aiding in r ncl contri-
buti n[ toward the co -,t of building cement brig -'e across the Smoky
Hill_ river, on Iron Avenue. There ,rierer ,)r:;sent ,Iayor V. E. %Iiquette
and the fol _owing; named councilmen: hiller, I1ansen, Brick, .'weden-
burgr, Manly and Stuciebaker. Councilmen Dodds, Peck, Stevenson and
Benson absent.
