councilmen answered to roll cull: Miller, Hansen, Dods,Frick, Swedenborg,
IIarily, Stever son, Studebaker and reri.son. Council -Man Peck absent.
The r;inut.es of the regular monthly meeting of October 20, 191.3, Spec-
ial called meeting of October 22, 1913, and Special adjourned meeting of
October 24th, 1913, ,;as read and approved as read.
The Claims and Expenditure Committee reported by ordinance entitled,
"An Ordinance makirl�7 an aDpropriation for the payment, of certain claims".
On rr,otion of Couricilman I+anly, the Ordinance was read and adopted by sect-
iofis, and on its final ado -:tion, the roll was called and the followi n-
