COhJML SIONERS PROCEEDINGS, REGULAR MEETING.
Final estimate of H. J. Taylor Construction Company for
the construction of Sewage Disposal Plant was presented.
Commissioner Dodds moved that the same be approved with
the deduction of $6,000.00 from the original amount, and
that the matter of changing pumps, as recommended by the Con-
sulting Engineer be approved by the Board of Commissioners.
An ordinance was introduced entitled: "An ordinance making
an appropriation out of funds on deposit in the Fidelity Nation-
al Bank and Trust Company.
On motion of Commissioner Dodds the ordinance was read
and adopted by sections and on its final adoption the roll
was called and the lb llowing vote was had; Ayes: Campbell
and Dodds (2) Nays: (0) Commissioner Helvering absent.
Acting Mayor approved the same and is numbered 3494.
An ordinance was introduced entitled: An ordinance
making appropriation for the payment of a certain claim.
On motion of Commissioner Dodds the ordinance was read
and adopted by sections and on its final adoption the roll
was called and the following vote was had; Ayes: Campbell
and Dodds (2) Nays: (0) Commissioner Helvering absent.
Acting Mayor approved the same and is numbered 3495.
A resolution was introduced for first reading entitled:
"A Resolution relating to paving of unpaved portion of
Ninth Street in the center of the street between North Street
and Lincoln ve nue."
On motion of Commissioner Dodds same was referred to the
Board of Commissioners.
On motion of Commissioner Dodds meeting adjourned.

Regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners, January
3rd, 1928. Meeting was called to order by Acting Mayor
Campbell the roll was called and Commissioners Campbell and
Dodds and City Attorney Norris responded. Commissioner
Helvering absent.
The minutes of the Regular Meeting of December 27th,
1927 were read and approved as read.
An ordinance was introduced entitled: "An ordinance mak-
ing appropriations for miscellaneous purposes.
On motion of Commissioner Dodds the ordinance was read
and adopted by sections and on its finala doption the roll
was called and the following vote was had; Ayes: Campbell
and Dodds (2) Nays: (0) Commissioner Helvering absent.
