Regular meeting of the.. Board of Commissioners, March 28, 1932.
Meeting was called to order by Mayor Ste vens.on, the roll was called
and Commissioners. Stevenson,. Benfield, Morey, Pafford and Spaeth
and City Attorney Norris responded.

The minutes of the.Regular Meeting of March _23.21932 were read
and approved as read. —
Dr. E. M. Sutton appeared before the Board of Commissioners on
behalf of Mrs. J. E. Miher.and-requested.that the following changes
and amendments_ be made.'in the zoning ordinance:
"That a set back line of 30 feet from the street line on Santa
Fe Avenue and 2.0 feet from the street line. on Fifth Street, be estab-
lished in that part of the block lying between South Street and Pres-
cott Avenues and between.Santa Fe Avenue and Fifth Street, which is
within the "B" Residence District, and that the lot area per family
in the "B" Area district be not less than 1,000 square feet per
family or.anyone floor in any building."
Commissioner Pafford moved that the proposition be submitted to
the City Planning Commission.for.their recommendation.. Motion car-
ried.
Commissioner Morey moved that the recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, that Lots 3, 5 and 7 in Block 48 Surveyor's
Plat 10, and Lots 9 and 11 in Clodfelter's Replat, be changed from
the "A" Residence District to the "B"._Rekidence District, and that
the Zoning Ordinance be amende.d.accordingly, be approved, and that
the City Clerk.be directed to publish the notice required by law of
such proposed.change•_.Motion carried.
A resolution was introduced for second reading entitled: "A
resolution. relating _to the curbing and . guttering cif Chicago�Street
from the south line of State Street to the north 11ne.of Wal -num"'
Street."
On motion of Commissioner. Moray the resolution was read and
adopted as read and on its final adoption the roll was called and
the following vote wxs had; A es: Stevenson, Morey, Benfield, Paf-
ford and Spaeth (5) Nays: (01 Mayor approved the same and is num-
bered 524.

resolution relating to the curbing, guttering and paving of Columbia

On motion of Commissioner Spaeth the resolution was read and
adopted as read and on its final. adoption the roll was called and
the following vote was had; A es: Stevenson, Morey, Benfield, Paf-
ford and Spaeth (5) Nays: (0� Mayor approved the same and is num-
bered 525•

On motion of Commissioner Morey the resolution was read and
adopted as read and on its final adoption .the .roll waa called and
the following vote was had; A es: Stevenson, Norey, Benfield, Paf-
ford and Spaeth (5) Nays: (0r Mayor approved the same and is num-
bered 526.

A resolution was introduced for second reading entitled: "A
resolution relating to the paving of Highland Circle, from the south
line of Ellsworth Avenue to the north line of Beloit Avenue."

A resolution was introduced for second reading.entitl.ed: "A
resolution relating to the pay.ing.of Jewell_Avenue from the west line
of Ninth Street to the.east line of 39leVenVE Street.. and the curbing
and guttering of a portion thereof."
On motion of Commissioner Benfield the resolution was read and
adopted as read and on its final adoption the roll was called and the
following vote was had; Ayes: Stevenson, Morey, Benfield, Pafford
and Spaeth (5) Nays: (0) Mayor approved the same and is numbered
528.

A resolution was introduced for second reading entitled: "A
resolution relating to.the curbing,._ guttering and paving of Kirwin _
Avenue from the east line of Santa Fe Avenue to the west line of
Pour Street."
On motion of Commissioner Morey the resolution was read and
adopted as read and_on its final adoption the roll wa called and the
following vote was had; Ayes: Stevens.on,.Benfield, orey, Pafford
and Spaeth (5) Nays: (0) Mayor approved the same and is numbered

A resolution was introduced for second reading entitled: "A
resolution relating to the ._curbing -and guttering.of Ohio Street from
the south line of Iron Avenue to the north line of Gypsum,
On motion of Commissioner Corey the resolution was read and
adopted as read and on its final adoption the roll was called and the
following vote was had; Ayes:_ Stevenson, Benfield, Morey, Pafford
and Spaeth (5) Nays: (0) Mayor approved the same and is numbered

A resolution was introduced for second reading entitled: "A
resolution relating to the paving.of.Sunset Drive from the west line
of Highland Circle to the west line o ers ng greet."
On motion of Commissioner Spaeth the resolution was read and
adopted by sections and on its final adoption the roll was called and
f the following vote was had: Ayes: Stevenson, Benfield, Morey, Paf-
ford and Spaeth (5) Nays: (0 Mayor approved the same and is num-
bered 531.

Commissioner Spaeth.moved that the resolution relating to the
curbing, guttering and paving.of Frost Street from the east line of
Tenth Street to the east line of Mrman SFreet, be withdrawn. Motion
carried.
A resolution was introduced for first reading entitled: "A
resolution relating to the improving of part of Ninth Street from
south line of Jewell Avenue to center of Cloud Street ME Utuminous
Mat Surfacing."
On motion same was referred to the Board of Commissioners.
On motion of Commissioner Morey the Board of Commissioners adjourned.
