Meeting was called to order by Mayor Stevenson, the roll was called and Commissioners Stevenson, Benfield, Morey, Pafford and Spaeth and City Attorney Norris responded. I i Meeting was held for the purpose of acting on appraisers reports for the construction of: Lateral Sanitary Sewer Number 165 Lateral Sanitary Sewer Number 166, and for the construction of curbing, guttering and paving improvements on: Penn Avenue from Iron Avenue to Gypsum Avenue; Alley between Fourth and Fifth from Ash Street to a point j 200 feet north of Iron Avenue; Jewell Avenue from Ninth Street to Tenth street; Greenway Road from Crestview Drive to Overhill Road; Overhill Road from Crestview Drive to Greenway Road; Fairdale Road from end "of paving at Lot 12, Block 4, i Country Club Heights Addition to Overhill Road. The appraisers report for the construction of Lateral Sanitary Sewer Number 165 was taken up and read as follows: STATE OF KANSAS ) SS. COUNTY OF SALINE ) We, John Frederick, E. D. Martin and L. W. Carl, being duly and severally sworn according to law each for himself, does hereby solemnly swear that he is disinterested in any of the property liable to special assessment for the cost of constructing Lateraal Sanitary Sewer Number 165 , as more particularly described ani provided for in Ordinance No. 40210 of the City of Salina, Kansas; and that each of us will to the best of our judgment and ability make a true and impartial appraisement of all the lots and pieces of ground abutting on such respective street as above mentioned, without regard to the buildings or improvements thereon, for the distance improved, as set forth and designated by the Board of Commissioners in the ordinance above men- tioned.
