cast at the Regular

Election held in Salina,
Kansas,
April
7, 1931.

Meeting was called
to
order
by
Mayor Dodds, the roll
was
called and Commissioners
Dodds,
Stevenson
and Moore and City
Attorney
Norris responded.
The returns of
the City
Election
were presented by
the City
Clerk and opened by
the mayor
in
the presence of the Commissioners
assembled, duly canvassed
and the result
declared, and the
City
Clerk was directed by
vote
of the Board
to spread upon the Journal
the result of the canvass
which
is
done
