Regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners, February 24,
1931. Meeting was called to order by Mayor Dodds, the roll was
called and Commissioners oodds, Stevenson and Moore and City Attorney j
I Norris responded.
The minutes of the Regular Meeting of February 16, 1931, were
read and approved as read.
An ordinance was introduced entitled: "An ordinance making
an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim."
On motion of Commissioner Stevenson the ordinance was read and
adopted by sections and on its final adoption the roll was called
and the following vote was had; Ayes: Stevenson, Dodds and Moore
(3) Nays: (0) Mayor approved the same and is numbered 4022.
A petition was presented asking for the construction of a
sanitary sewer to serve Block 11, Oakdale Addition, south of Gypsum

Avenue between Kansas Avenue and Columbia Avenue. Same was referred.
I to the City Engineer.
Plans and specifications and estimate of cost for Storm Sewers
No. 21 and 23, filed in the office of City Clerk on February 23,
i 1931, were presented, and on motion of Commissioner Moore same were
i
approved by the Board of Comr�iissioners.
City Clerk was instructed to advertise for bids for construction
of such sewers on March 2, 1931 at 4:00 P. M.
Time for filing plans and specifications and estimate of cost
for Storm Sewer No. 22, extended to March 2, 1931.

Plat of Surveyors Plat #51, and certificate thereto filed by
H. C. Smither, and on motion same was approved by the Board of Com-
missioners.
Commissioner Stevenson moved that a regular meeting of the
j Board of Commissioners be held at 4:00 P. M. on February 26, 1931.

On motion of Commissioner Moore the Board of Commissioners
adjourned.
