SALINA, KANSAS.
JANUARY 81 1931.
Regular meeting of the Board of Conunissioners, January 8,
1931. Meeting was called to order by Mayor Dodds, the roll
was called and Commissioners Dodds, Stevenson and Moore and
City Attorney Norris responded. I --
Commissioner Stevenson moved that the amount due from
i Mausoleum Builders Corporation on endowment fund, in stun of
$4,025.88, on amounts heretofore collected by the Corporation,
and $900.00 due from the Company on ground, be senurdd by note
' executed by the Company to the City for $4925.88, with interest
at 4zo per annum from January 1 1931, secured by deed to
space described as: P. Room C. beLuxe Section H. and Crypts
#4602 461 and 462, with provision that out of all future col-
lections by the Corporation from spaces sold, the regular 10%
endowment fund shall be paid, and an additional 15% thereof shall
be paid to the City to apply on said note, until the note and
interest is paid in full; that if any space above described is
sold, the City shall release such space and additional apace
of equal value selected by the City shall be substituted
therefor; when said note is paid in full all such spaces shall
be released by the City to the Company and thereafter sales
shall be subject only to the 10% due to the endowment fund as
per the original contract now in effect, and that deeds for
all spaces heretofore sold, and which have been paid for in
full by the purchasers shall be issued by the City. Seconded
by Moore, motion carried by the following vote; Ayes: Dodds,
Stevenson and Moore (3) Nays: (0).

Certificate to Plat of Hillcrest Memorial Mausoleum was
submitted by Mausoleuza Builders Corporation, and on motion of
Commissioner Moore plat was approved and City Clerk authorized
to certify the same. Seconded by Stevenson, motion carried by
the following vote: Ayes: Dodds, Stevenson and Moore (3) Nays:
(0).

sioners adjourned. j
