Regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners, December 17,
1930. Meeting was called to order by Mayor Dodds, the roll was
called and Commissioners Dodds, Stevenson and ioore and City
Attorney Norris responded.
Commissioner Stevenson moved that the issue of 4-1/4f
Improvement Bonds in the sum of $88,392.58, for which bids were
rejected at the meeting of December 15, 1930, and which were
placed on sale at not less than par and accrued interest, be sold
to Brown-Cruxmner Company pursuant to their offer of par and accrued
interest, and that the purchaser be allowed the sum of $433.12 to
reimburse it for the cost of printing and furnishing the bonds and
legal expense, said purchaser to pay for the printing and furnishing
of said bonds. Motion carried.
On motion of Commissioner Moore the Board of Commissioners
adjourned.
