COMMISSIONERS PROCEEDINGS, REGULAR MEETING.
COMMISSIONERS ROOM,
SALINA, KANSAS.
SEPTEMBER 162 1930.
Regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners, September
16, 1930. Meeting was called to order by Mayor Helvering, the
roll was called and Commissioners Helvering, Dodds and Stevenson
and City Attorney Norris responded.
An ordinance was introduced for second reading entitled:
"An ordinance authorizing and providing for the issuance of Im-
rovement Bonds of the City of Salina, Kansas, in the sum of
94,331.63 to pay the cost of improving certain streets and
alleys in said city.
On motion of Commissioner Stevenson the ordinance was read
and adopted by sections and on its final adoption the roll was
called and the following vote was had; Ayes: Helvering, Dodds
and Stevenson (3) Nays: (0) Mayor approved the same and is
numbered 3960.
On motion of Commissioner Dodds the Board of Commissioners
adjourned;
City Clerk.
