SEPTEMBER 2, 1930.
Regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners, September 2,
1930. Meeting was called to order by Acting Mayor Dodds, the roll
was called and Vommissioners Dodds and Stevenson and City Attorney i
Norris responded. Mayor Helvering absent. i
The minutes of the Regular Meeting of August 25, 1930, were
read and approved as read.
An ordinance was introduced. entitled: "An ordinance appro-
priating $6,359.42 in payment of certain claims."
On motion of Commissioner Stevenson the ordinance was read
and adopted by sections and on its final adoption the roll was
called and the following vote was had; Ayes: Dodds and Stevenson
(2) Nays: (0) Commissioner Helv ering absent. Acting Mayor
approved the same and is numbered 3951.
City Engineer submitted Estimate Number 5, to L. W. Rexroad,
for the construction of paving improvements under contract dated
April 7, 1930, Job. No. 57, and on motion of Commissioner Steven-
son same was approved by the Board of Commissioners.
An ordinance was introduced entitled: "An ordinance making
an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim."
On motion of Commissioner Stevenson the ordinance was read
and adopted by sections and on its final adoption the r611 was
called and the following vote was had; Ayes: Dodds and Stevenson
(2) Nays: (0) Commissioner Helvering absent. Mayor approved
the same and is numbered 3952.
City Engineer submitted Estimate Number 3 Oob No. 45, to
H. J. Taylor Construction C cmpany, for the construction of
Storm Sewers No. 17 and 18, under contract dated April 7, 19300
and on motion of .Commissioner Stevenson same was approved by
the Board of Commissioners.

an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim."

and adopted by sections and on its final adoption the roll was

j City Engineer submitted Final Estimate to R. C. Snyder,
Job No. 58, for the construction of Lateral Sanitary Sewers
Number 147 and 160, under contract dated July 14, 1930, and on
motion of Commissioner Stevenson same was approved by the Board
of Commissioners.

for the construction of sidewalk and driveway crossings under
contract dated July 14, 19302 and on motion of Commissioner
Stevenson same was approved by the Board of Commissioners.

and adopted by sections and on its final adoption the roll was
