COMM STONERS PROCEEDINGS, REGULAR MEETING.
COMMISSIONERS ROOM,
SALINA, KANSAS.
NOVEMBER 14th, 1927.
Regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners,
November 14th, 1927. Meeting was called to order by Mayor
Helvering, the roll was called and Commissioners Helvering,
Campbell and Dodds and city Attorney Norris responded.
The minutes of the Regular Meeting of November 7th,
1927, were read and approved as read.
An ordinance was introduced for second reading entitled:
"An ordinance prohibiting the location of drive-in gasoline
filling stations adjacent to .certain parts of certain streets
In the City of Salina, providing penalties for the violation
thereof, and defining certain nuisances and the manner of
abating the same."
On motion of Commissioner. Campbell. _the ordinance
was read and adopted by sections._and .on its. final adoption
the roll was called and the following vote was had*. Ayes:
Helvering, Campbell and Dodds (3). Naysz ..(0)- The Mayor
approved the same and is numbered.3482.
On motion of Commissioner Dodds meeting adjourned.
