Meeting was called to order by Mayor Helvering, the roll was called and Comiissioners Helvering, Campbell and Dodds responded. City ttorney Norris absent. Meeting was held for the purpose of hearing any complaints that may be made by property owners as to the fairness and validity of the valuation placed by the appraisers as per their report on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City for the construction of a 1,1ain Sanitary Sewer in: Prescott Avenue between Eleventh and Montrose; Ohio Avenue between Iron Avenue and the alley south of Gypsum Avenue, and in that alley between Ohio Avenue and Missouri Avenue; and for the construction of lateral sanitary sewer in: Montrose Avenue between Prescott and Crawford; Phillips Street between Prescott and Crawford; Alley between Ninth and Tenth Street from Hamilton to Inez; Alley between Minneapolis and Ellsworth from Fourth to Osborne; Montrose Avenue from South Street to Morrison Avenue;.• Twelfth Street from Iron Avenue to �ialnut Street; Eleventh Street betweem Crawford 'venue and Republic Avenue..- The venue.- The appraisers report foE construction of main sanitary sewer in Prescott Avenue from leventh Street to Montrose Avenue was taken up and read as f ollots: STATE OF KANSAS ) ) SS.
